1. Discuss your project and specific requirements to determine your project brief.
Some of our clients know exactly what they want whilst others take advantage of the assistance we can provide through our expertise in design and build finishes.
2. Obtain all permits, documentation and approvals on your behalf if required. This includes:
- All design documentation (working drawings, engineering and civil design)
- Developer design approvals
- Council permits and information
- Water authority consents
- Energy report
- Soil report
3. Price your project.
From your project brief, we and our skilled trade base price your project to ensure what you have requested has been priced and you’re receiving a thorough and inclusive quote.
4. Present you with a formal quotation.
This includes a ‘Building Brief’ document which lists all inclusions and exclusions based on your requirements and details the project so you know exactly what you’re getting with no hidden extras.
5. Work to your budget and assist with comparing other quotations.
Should our price, or indeed all your quotations, fall outside your budget, we work with our clients to see how we can bring the project cost back in line to meet your budget. We also assist our clients in comparing other builder’s quotations to ensure each quote has allowed for the same inclusions and the client is getting the best deal.
6. Make changes as required
We understand that as the project cost becomes clearer there may be changes that you’d like to make to the project brief. We assist our clients with these changes and revisions to ensure they’re getting exactly what they want.
7. Prepare contracts and formal specifications
Once the client is happy with the price and all inclusions, we prepare formal contracts and specification for you to review and answer any questions you may have. We take the time to work with you during this stage to ensure everything is clear and all your questions are answered.
8. Perform color consultations
As part of the service you also receive a color and design consultation where our qualified interior designer meets with you and assists in selecting final colours and finishes to your home.
9. Obtain building permit
Our building surveyor will assess the design to ensure compliance with regualation and code whilst we provide all the necessary information and documentation as required. The building permit can then be issued and construction can commence.
We provide our clients with a construction program which not only gives our clients assurance that building timeframes will be met, but also provides them with a regular update on construction progress.
We are also happy to meet with our clients on site to view progress and answer any questions they may have as we realise the journey is as important as the end result.
Throughout construction communication with our clients is at the heart of our business and what makes us stand out from the crowd. All clients have direct access to the director who oversees and supervises your project and we aim to answer all queries and questions on the same day.
Prior to handover we do a formal walkthrough to ensure the client is 100% happy with the end result and any minor issues they may notice are promptly rectified.
We then provide a formal handover of the house where we run through the new home, its features and answer any questions you may have.
We also provide a handover pack containing all brochures, manuals, and remotes as well as any special instructions so that once we handover the keys you’re well equipped to enjoy your new home.
Our free maintenance period is also part of our service which we happily oblige to should there be any issues once we handover your home.
